Hopkins Hill Grading Policy 2010-2011

 

Class requirements:

-Sneakers are mandatory for participation!

-Shorts, sweat- suits, wind pants or stretch pants are strongly recommended, jeans or dresses can make movement difficult at times,

-Water bottles are allowed and strongly recommended during outdoor physical education classes as we don't have drinking facilities at the fields. Plan on outdoor activity through Thanksgiving and then from April on. (Dress appropriately for our changing weather)

Grading Policy:

Grades K-3     70% Participation and. sportsmanship

30% Motor skills and ability

Grades 4-5     50% Participation and sportsmanship

25% Competency and development of motor skills

25% Behavior and Attitude during class
